Please bring along the following for
registration in both cases
downloaded or submitted online |
- Birth Certificate (those made in
the last six months will not be
accepted).
- Please bring along the original birth certificate which will be
returned. You are required to submit
a photocopy of the same.
- Four passport sized photograph.
- Progress report of the previous school (if any). |

A4 sized sheet & fill in all
details by hand in block
letters (all areas are
mandatory). |

Please bring the form to the
concerned branch where you
wish your child to be
registered, as per the
Registration Schedule above |

3. |
Submit the form along with a registration fee of Rs. 500/-
(please collect the receipt). |

4. |
Receive a slip for test
date/time |
|
5. |
If an interview is required
you will be informed
subsequently. |

the branch against the payment of a
